SVA Products, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as courtOS ("we", "us", "our"), operates an AI-powered voice agent and operations platform for tennis clubs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our Service.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

  • Name, email address, and password when you create an account
  • Business name, address, and timezone during onboarding
  • Billing information processed through our payment provider (Stripe)

Club operations data

  • Court and service inventory you configure
  • Opening hours, pricing, and club rules
  • Booking records and schedules
  • Member and team lists (names, emails, phone numbers)

Call and communication data

  • Phone call recordings and AI-generated summaries
  • Call metadata (duration, timestamps, caller phone number)
  • Messages and contact requests submitted through the platform

Usage data

  • Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard
  • Device and browser information, IP address

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Service, including the AI voice agent, booking system, and dashboard
  • Process calls on behalf of your club using the information you configure
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing notifications)
  • Monitor service performance and fix issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your club's data to train AI models shared with other customers.

4. Call Recording

The AI voice agent automatically discloses that the call may be recorded at the start of every conversation. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you and your authorized team members through the dashboard.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

The Service sends SMS messages (booking confirmations, status updates, cancellations) to callers who have given verbal consent during a call with the AI agent. Consent is tracked per phone number per club. All messages are transactional — we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on booking activity.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony and SMS), ElevenLabs (AI voice), and our cloud infrastructure provider. All providers are required to handle data securely and confidentially.

7. Data Retention and Security

Account and club data is retained while your account is active. After account cancellation, data may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and Changes

We use essential cookies for login sessions and preferences only — no advertising or tracking cookies. We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
