How much does courtOS cost?
courtOS is $45 USD per month for one club with up to 15 courts. That is the whole price: every feature is included, there are no tiers, and the plan renews monthly until you cancel.
Does courtOS charge per member or take a cut of bookings?
No. Members are unlimited and there is no per-member fee and no per-booking fee. The $45 monthly price covers the club no matter how many people book, which is the main difference from legacy tennis software priced per member.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Instead every club gets a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment, you get that payment back in full.
Can members book courts from their phone?
Yes. Your club gets a branded booking page at a shareable link that works in any phone or desktop browser, with live court availability and no app to install. Members can book 24/7, including when the office is closed.
Do bookings have to be approved by staff?
That is your choice per club. You can auto-confirm bookings so members are booked instantly, or require staff review so nothing is confirmed until someone approves it.
Can we run free bookings instead of charging members?
Yes. Many private clubs run court booking free for members, and courtOS supports that directly. You can also set internal member rates, different prices per court, and separate peak-period pricing.
Can we block courts for maintenance, coaching or club events?
Yes. Blockouts reserve courts for maintenance, events and club sessions so members cannot book over them, and access rules control which members are allowed to book which courts.
